Kathleen, a founding partner at Crossroads, has been involved in the pioneering of several life giving areas of the church. She is a graduate of Coach U and owns her own coaching business which brings a strong expertise in coaching groups and people and has helped make CCM what it is today. She has been on staff supervising and networking the ministries of the church since 1999. In 2003 she took on the responsibility of providing pastoral coaching for our life group leaders. She loves to see people flourish personally as well as in the Body and encourages everyone to get connected in a life group. She has modeled that truth since the first Bible study met in her home in 1991. Kathleen and her husband of over 25 years, Shawn, are the proud parents of four children, two sons-in-law and two amazing grandchildren. |
