- Stewardship: Using the resources that God has given us to further the work of the church includes finances, natural talents, and spiritual gifts.
- Personal Growth: Personal and spiritual growth are ongoing processes facilitated by teaching, encouragement and personal example.
- Community: Relationships with one another in a small-group environment are important in forming a sense of community.
- Trans-generational Commitment: We must impart ourselves into the next generation by making a trans-generational commitment and reaching out through cultural relevancy while maintaining the integrity of scripture and teaching traditional values.
